Around 500 members of Hungary’s Scientology community came together to mark the tenth anniversary of the Church of Scientology headquarters on Váci Road.

Inaugurated ten years ago, the six-storey religious centre has become a home for Scientology religious services and community programmes. The anniversary featured a religious service, musical performances, a photographic and video retrospective and plans for the next decade.

Since opening its doors, the Budapest church has also hosted drug-prevention conferences, human-rights events, humanitarian meetings and news eu parlament interfaith dialogue. These activities are connected with social betterment programmes inspired by Scientology founder L. Ron Hubbard.
